The first time we made our smoked cheese pastry was in our tiny kitchen of barely 3 square metres, back in 2000. At approximately the same time, we created the products that made up what’s now known as the Basket salty mix. Although we are now focused on the products from the whole-wheat flour that are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, we have decided to keep our smoked cheese pastry as a part of the present product range, as a reminder of our beginnings. We made it with no additives, preservatives, or artificial colours, and remained faithful to the idea with all the subsequent products.
